		<description>Good article.  Craig is pretty sharp.  While these tips are simple changes that can be made, the results you get form them can be quite significant.  A lot of people who can do a ton of crunches can&#039;t do a plank for anywhere near two minutes.

I&#039;d be interested in the test on the interval time, though as I&#039;ve never seen a study that beats the results for the original Tabata protocol of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds or rest.

Even so, almost all forms of interval training can produce great results and more people need to be incorporating it into their program.
