I have been in the health, fitness, and sports performance industry for over two years and hold a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Studies. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and currently studying to be a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
My passion for health and fitness grew when I was heavily involved in athletics in high school and beyond. I loved seeing the changes to my body and the increases in my performance as a result of hard work in the gym and a well balanced nutrition plan.
The more results I experienced, the more I wanted to learn…and did! My thirst for knowledge could never be quenched and I was continuously learning new and exciting things about health and fitness. Friend and family noticed and began asking for help. Pretty cool feeling. I loved helping them and giving out advice.
This led me to further pursue my passion and become a personal trainer and eventually to my Master’s Degree.
I currently spend most of my time as a personal trainer and online fitness consultant. The internet has proven to be a great way to help more people than I ever thought possible. While I thoroughly enjoy training people one-on-one, I quickly realized that the best way to help as many people as possible (and make as much money as possible!) I would have to change and expand my business.
Holding boot camps was the first thing I changed. It is more affordable to clients (which expanded my client base) and put more money in my pocket at the same time. It’s a win-win!
In my continual search for help and knowledge, I began to see that expanding my business to the online world was the next logical step. The potential in nearly limitless and I can help people even while I sleep.
This is my first blog/website and it is dedicated to help other trainers accomplish their goals. I am also currently working on my fitness program product which I hope to release by the end of the year! I will be sure to keep you updated on the progress.
